Registration Info
How to Register
You may register yourself or group online using a credit card, purchase order, or check. After the registration has been processed, a personalized link and housing information will be provided in your conference registration confirmation. If you are registering a group, a separate email address for each attendee is needed to receive their confirmation
Conference registration is required before you are allowed to reserve a room within SNA’s discounted hotel room block.
The hotel link will also be embedded in your registration confirmation. All purchase orders and checks should be made out to the below address containing your order numbers for reference.

SNA ONLY accepts the following credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying by check or purchase order, be sure to include the individual’s name or order number on the check stub or purchase order for proper payment credit. You may also bring your payment onsite with you after the regular rate deadline.

Special Savings
Members receive $25 off per registration when three (3) or more people register from their school district at the same time (in one transaction.) The option to register a group will be offered when you go through the registration process.



Important Information
SNA’s Annual National Conference and Exhibit Hall are open only to professionals (current/retired) servicing school nutrition programs in the K-12 and post-secondary markets, industry representatives servicing those markets, and professionals administering child nutrition programs at the state and federal level. Registration is required for admittance. SNA reserves the right to exclude any unauthorized persons from the conference facilities, meeting rooms and Exhibit Hall.

One ticket to the closing event is included in the full ANC conference registration fee. ANC25 will end on a high note with an unforgettable performance by LOCASH. Registration Tips
- For Group Registrations: When registering a group, make sure to add in all members before payment information is completed. A prompt will appear toward the end of the registration process to add group members. Group discounts can only be applied to a single transaction.
- When you REGISTER ONLINE, your order confirmation will be generated immediately upon submission of payment or purchase order, and it will include special instructions on making your Housing Reservation. We do not book your housing automatically with registration.
- If you mail, email, or fax your registration purchase order or check, SNA requires up to 10 days from the date of receipt to process your payment. Your email confirmation will include instructions on how to make your housing reservation.


Scholarships

The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF) provides School Nutrition Association (SNA) members with the opportunity to attend SNA’s Annual National Conference (ANC). This year, SNF will award forty-five (45) scholarships to SNA members to help them offset the costs of attending ANC25 in San Antonio, TX. Only one (1) scholarship will be awarded per recipient, and scholarships range from $500 to $1,400.
