Badge and Ticket(s) Policy

For security purposes, each person must present identification in order to receive registration materials and will not be allowed to pick up another attendee’s badge or registration materials. Badges must be worn during the conference hours for admittance to the pre-conference events, exhibit hall, sessions and/or social events. Anyone without an ANC 2025 badge will be asked to register for the conference. To reprint a lost badge, there will be a fee of $20.00. Tickets to ANC events will NOT be reprinted, no exceptions. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Circumstances beyond SNA’s control—weather, transportation difficulties or last-minute cancellations by program participants (speakers, presenters)—may necessitate changes in the scheduling or presentation of events and/or programs or even cancellation of a particular scheduled event or speaker. SNA is not responsible for any disappointment, inconvenience or “loss” caused by such an eventuality. Check the ANC 2025 App for last-minute updates.

Conference Photos

Attendance at ANC constitutes an agreement by the registrant for SNA to take and use photos, video and audio tapes in public spaces during the conference and related events. SNA may take photographs, videos or recordings of ANC events, which may include the likeness or participation of attendees, and reproduce them in future educational, news or promotional materials, in print, electronic or other media, including the SNA website and its social media channels. Attendance at ANC constitutes a waiver and release any claims against SNA and its employees, members, and representatives, as well as granting SNA permission to make, use, and distribute such items, without payment or compensation.
