Hotel and Travel

All conference-related activities will be held in the Charlotte Convention Center. SNA has contracted with fourteen hotels within walking distance of the Convention Center.

No hotel is more than 0.6 miles from the Convention Center and are all considered walkable. However, busing will be provided from select hotels identified on the map.

Reservation Information

Conference registration is required before you will be allowed to reserve a room within SNA’s discounted hotel room blocks. After your registration has been processed, a unique housing link will be provided in your registration confirmation. If you need the registration confirmation resent to you, please contact meetings@schoolnutrition.org.

Tax Exemption: Hotels do not honor tax exemptions.

Credit Card Authorization: School districts paying hotel expenses by credit card must contact the hotel for a credit card authorization form and fax the completed form to the hotel two weeks prior to arrival.

Why Book at SNA's Hotels?

The success of SNA’s Annual National Conference depends on registrants and exhibitors using SNA’s contracted hotels to offset the sizable costs of producing our annual meeting. In general, hotels require groups like SNA to fill a minimum percentage of the contracted number of hotel rooms at their property. If we do not meet that minimum, we are required to pay the difference for the shortfall. The cities that SNA selects for the Annual Conference are in demand by other groups, so SNA contracts with hotels many years in advance to try to ensure there are enough hotel rooms available for our attendees and exhibitors.
