Get to Know Molly

What are you most excited about this year’s ANC?

Getting back together and celebrating all of the School Nutrition Professionals. I also can’t wait to attend some of the excellent educational sessions.

What is the most important tip you would like attendees to take away from your session?

Managing and accommodating Food Allergies in schools doesn’t have to be scary and using the technology they have access to, can make it more accessible.

ANC’s theme this year is “Powered by Imagination.” What do you do to keep your creative juices flowing or to feed your imagination?

To keep my creativity flowing I love listening to stories from school district but also love to get outside and exercise!
