Setting the PACE for the Future of School Nutrition

This education session takes a look at the great things we might forget to say about school nutrition. Because marketing your school meal program is more than ‘telling & selling’, it provides opportunities to shape successful outcomes. The presentation will also dissect no-cost student and community engagement strategies and explore replicable marketing initiatives that raise the profile and performance of K-12 foodservice programs.

What are you most excited about this year’s ANC?

Connecting and learning from other SN Professionals to support continued professional growth.

What is the most important tip you would like attendees to take away from your session?

Empowerment. We can have the most impact on School Nutrition when we make the positive messaging so loud that we set the PACE for what others say about our programs.

ANC’s theme this year is “Powered by Imagination.” What do you do to keep your creative juices flowing or to feed your imagination?

Connecting with others and visiting School Nutrition Programs for a “boots on the ground” experience.
